Forget the classic Cosmo, it's champagne cocktails all the way girls. This bank holiday weekend invite your friends for a girlie night in and impress them with your cocktail making skills. In this video Gustavo Bertolucci, head mixologist at Pearl Bar, shows you how to prepare the bar's signature Pink Pearl champagne cocktail.

Cocktail ingredients:
10 ml Remy Martin V.S.O.P.
1 dash Elderflower Cordial
1 dash Spiced Berry Cordial
1 brown sugar cube
Pink Champagne (to top up)

Method:
Scratch one brown sugar cube on the skin of an orange to remove the oils from the skin and add flavour to the sugar cube. Put the sugar cube in a champagne glass and pour 10ml of Remy Martin V.S.O.P.

Add 1 dash of Elderflower Cordial and 1 dash of Spiced Berry Cordial. Top up slowly with pink champagne. Garnish with a stem of redcurrants.
